My favorite Coon Rapids restaurant is Acapulco Mexican Restaurant in the Riverdale Plaza Mall. This restaurant has the best Mexican food in Coon Rapids and is in a great location. The seating in the bar or restaurant are is spacious and the staff skilled and great with the customer service. Mexican food at Acapulco is awesome, I highly recommend the beef Chimichangas. On a nice night kick back on the out door patio and enjoy one of their excellent margarita's or a cold beer.
